A highlight of my week was when Tiny (a Great Dane) came to visit me while her big human sister came to get her adjustment
I remember Tiny when she was just a puppy. And ive asked about her and missed her ever since.
That’s what happens when you’ve cared for families for years… and sometimes decades.
I don’t just know teeth.
I know siblings, favorite sports, pets, first dates, school drama, college plans, family vacations, and life’s biggest milestones. I celebrate victories, encourage kids through tough seasons, and laugh with families through it all.
Those relationships are what make this profession so special to me.
Some of my closest friends today first walked through my doors as patients. In fact, one of my former patients is even house-sitting and dog-sitting for me while I’m away!!!!
That’s something I’ll never take for granted.
Orthodontics is technically about creating beautiful smiles…
But for me it’s also about creating lifelong relationships.
That’s why I’ll always choose connection over convenience.
Because when you truly care about people, they become so much more than patients.
They become part of your family… and I like to think I become part of theirs. ❤️
